Location: SAN JOSE, CA, USASalary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD HourlyDescription: Our client is currently seeking a UX/UI DesignerPosition- UX/UI DesignerLocation- RemoteLength- EOYDay to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Senior UX Designer to help create the next generation of eBay design.We are seeking a highly skilled designer with a proven track record in crafting exceptional user experiences within e-commerce platforms and financial product environments. This is a highly collaborative role, so we are looking for candidates that not only know how to deliver excellent user centered design solutions but also bring others along on that journey with them. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in visual design, storytelling, and a deep understanding of user behavior and interaction design principles.Top Skills• High level design experience• Understanding of patterns, implement design system across multiple platforms.• UX side- create user flow, help aide, user testing, competitive analysis- need strong visual chops too• Nice to have- front end development skills, agency experience, finance/fintech space.• Strong portfolio needed(open to seeing PDF portfolios)- needs to be process drivenDay To Day• Identify requirements, strategy with product team.• Need someone who is assertive and experienced- not just an order taker.• User flows, wireframing, hi fidelity prototyping• Presentation piece- walk through and tell story of what they are trying to get the user to achieve.Additional Info• Education- prefer degree in design space.• Cap on experience (10-12 years at most)- more mid-levelContact: rpuri01@judge.comThis job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
