Don’t miss the Opportunity to advance your Career!!Job Description:• Pick up trash & debris from grounds• Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up• Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.• Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary• Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters• Familiar with painting (by roller and spray gun)• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment• Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus!Must meet the following qualifications:• Valid I.D. Required• Have reliable transportation• Willing to submit to a background check• The ability to safely lift 50 poundsThis is also a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in.
