If you can see yourself working side-by-side with a team of adventure-loving people, The North Face just may be the place for you.To learn more about our values and our culture, visit The North Face Careers or www.thenorthface.com .What will you do?A day in the life of a Coordinator, Mobile App Content and Operation at The North Face looks a little like this:As a member of the Mobile Ecommerce team, the Mobile App Content & Operations Coordinator will work with the Mobile Ecommerce team to coordinate the production of Mobile app content with the internal Creative Services team in accordance with the seasonal ecommerce content calendar, publish and maintain content in the CMS (Coremedia), and analyze content results weekly and share recaps with the Ecommerce team and cross-functional partners.You will execute ASO strategy in partnership with our agency to drive winning testing plans, and strategies to grow our market share in both the Apple App Store and Google Play stores. You will manage updates and custom product page creation within the app store platforms and report on performance.Additionally, you will create app links with our MMP, Kochava, to support providing seamless navigation experience within the app for customers coming in organically, and through owned channels and paid media marketing. You will partner with the Lifecycle Marketing and SEO teams to enable attribution for downloads using our MMP.Secondarily, support with testing in the iOS and Android platforms prior to app releases, and will be responsible for management of store lists for FP and Outlet stores and updates to the app store locator within CoreMedia.How You Will Make a Difference:Put the consumer at the heart of everything you do.Have a mobile first and focused mindset, always looking at how to improve the mobile experience.Manage existing and create content experiences for the app, as well as manage app links & navigation, in accordance with the mobile content calendar and business needs.Partner with the site content team to align as needed.Procure requested images and copy from cross functional internal teams.Work with merchandisers to execute content as per their business needs.Ensure assets are published on a timely basis in accordance with the content calendar.Maintain all content publishing to app in CMS tool including tagging, sequencing, monitoring, and maintenance.Update the Mobile Banner Calendar, as needed, ensuring all departmental partners are aligned and informed.Consult with internal Graphic Design team on a regular basis to ensure open communication of expectations and deliverables.Analyze content results weekly and make recommendations to the Ecommerce Content Team and extended Ecommerce and mobile marketing teams.Participate in app UAT testing to ensure accuracy and efficient execution of app content updates + biweekly releases.Work with retail team to keep store finder up to date for new store openings.Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Sr Coordinator to support ASO updates for app releases as needed.Also partner with marketing to open Jira tickets to support SMS or Push platform updates.Skills for Success:Years of Related Professional Experience: The successful candidate has 1-2 years’ experience as a content coordinator, QA coordinator or related digital position.Educational/ Position Requirements:Must have familiarity with:Asset publishing and content maintenance with a Content Management System (Coremedia preferred)Familiar with project management systems (Wrike, JIRA)Digital analytics tool (Adobe, Omniture, Google Analytics)ASO executionExperience with a MMP (Kochava, Adjust etc.) is preferred but not required.Experience using Jira for reporting bugs and updating productsDetail oriented and a multi-tasker in equal measureStrong project management skillsDemonstrate self-sufficiency balanced with team partnershipAbility to account for differences between iOS and Android experiences during testingVF Guiding Principles: Live with Integrity, Act Courageously, Be Curious, Act with Empathy, and Preserve.Where You Will Be LocatedDenver, COWhat do we offer you?At The North Face, we know you expect as much from us as we do from you.
