This individual will build strategic plans and alliances, employ data and analysis toward current business operations and forward-looking initiatives, and foster continuous improvement through organizational growth including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).You Will• Provide input on critical planning decisions, such as mergers and acquisitions.• Develop/Negotiate critical parameters and key contract terms for sales partnerships and alliances.• Lead business analyses for M&A activities.• Work with the leadership team to identify the company’s short and long-term goals.• Evaluate the company’s processes and procedures toward continuous improvement.• Analyze trends in the market and industry and research of the competitive landscape for Raymond products and solutions.• Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives, advise executives on strategic changes, facilitate activities to implement changes.• Establish methods of collecting and tracking key performance indicator (KPI) data to evaluate performance toward goals.• Communicate expertly at all levels of the organization.• Leverage and navigate ambiguity to create actionable items.• Coordinate the work of others to execute enterprise-level objectives.About The ScheduleThis position is eligible for a hybrid schedule following the onboarding training period.About You• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field• 8 or more years of related experience in M&A and high-level negotiations• Travel is required up to 50%It Would Be Great If You Had• A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Juris Doctorate (JD)• Experience in a start-up environment• Experience working in a manufacturing or technical environmentAbout The Total Compensation PackageSalary - $107,500 - $146,250 per year.
