About The RoleThe RealReal is seeking a Manager, Field Training to support the implementation, execution and adoption of training initiatives in the field teams (Sales, Retail, LCO, CSCR, Ops). They will manage team members to facilitate, shadow on-site as needed, provide coaching and feedback, and track and measure results to continue improving training efforts.What You Get To Do Every Day• Support Head of Education x Experience to execute training & development curriculum including onboarding, ongoing training programs, program execution and follow-up.• Partner closely with Learning Design team to provide department-specific content needed for training design.• Support a cohesive, connected learning experience that aligns with client/consignor experience.• Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives• Deploy, and customize as needed, training programs to build employee skills• Identify training opportunities and skill gaps and communicate in order to build training programs• Measure impact of training, reporting metrics (in LMS or other training measurement) with business leaders and iterating training programs as needed• Manage and develop team of trainers to execute training specific training initiatives on-site• Evaluate and communicate effectiveness of training program to L&D leaders• Foster strong partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders to build trainings that achieve business goals.• Develop strong knowledge of specific business unit (Sales, Retail/LCO, Consignor Relations/Client Services, Operations) to understand business need and facilitate aligned training programsWhat You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing and executing training programs with experience in metric-driven business function• Ability to think strategically and develop long and short term learning recommendations that flex to meet business demands and scale to growth• Concise and articulate communicator with a knack for simplifying complex information (both written and verbally); facilitation experience is a bonus• Proficient with Google Suite applications, Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, familiarity with common Learning Design Technologies (i.e. Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, etc)• Organized, detail oriented and systematic thinker who is excited to bring structure to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities• Strong partner with agility to flex with changes, strong communication skills, enthusiastic, team player able to work effectively across all departments• Demonstrates a growth mindset with ability to accept feedback and improve• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plusCompensation, Benefits, + Perks• Employee Stock Purchase Plan• 401K with Company Match• Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance• Paid Parental Leave• Unlimited Discretionary Time Off (DTO)* and 10 Paid Company Holidays• * Unlimited DTO with Manager approvalThe expected salary range for this role is $97,124.40-$134,558.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
