Manager, Omni Planning - SF or NY

The RealReal is looking for a Merchandise Planning Manager, Omni to support demand & supply strategies across multiple categories & channels. This role involves analyzing, identifying opportunities, and driving optimal performance.

Skills

Proficiency with Excel & Google Suite
Strong analytical & financial modeling skills
Experience with retail math and inventory management frameworks
Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Manage the development of yearly, quarterly, monthly merchandise plans
Evaluate and create processes/tools for continuous improvement
Manage take rate for overall Vendor business and owned inventory
Develop recommendations for demand promotions based on data analysis
Drive optimal inventory mix through supply initiatives
Develop relationships & collaborate with Vendor, Retail, and Merchandising partners

Education

Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus
