Director of Analytics

The Scion Group is a leader in off-campus student housing, seeking a Director of Analytics to lead B.I. and Data Science teams to enhance decision science capabilities.

Skills

Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, etc.)
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Experience in predictive modeling and pricing optimization

Responsibilities

Lead a high performing team of Business Intelligence and Data Science professionals.
Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic roadmap for analytics operations.
Serve as subject matter expert for analytics best practices.
Collaborate across departments to identify needs and opportunities.
Present data-driven insights to executives and stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
Advanced degree preferred
