Junior Property Accountant

The Scion Group is providing opportunities in student living and seeks a Junior Property Accountant to help drive financial insights for its communities.

Responsibilities

Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
Execute monthly bank reconciliation for property-level accounts.
Maintain general ledgers in compliance with GAAP.
Review GL Coding and process reclass entries.
Provide support to the Property Accounting team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
0-2 years of relevant experience
