The Scion Group is focused on reshaping student housing by providing unique experiences and creating communities. They are currently seeking a Project Manager for managing capital construction projects with a requirement for effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Direct all capital projects to ensure execution of capital spending plans
Responsible for project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation
Provide effective communication about project scope and status
Ensure compliance with governance expectations
Review change order requests
Investigate project variances and submit reports

Education

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
College graduate preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
