Attention travel-motivated production designers!We are looking for a self-starter, able to multitask and who thrives on checking items off the list. You would be able to update existing projects quickly, stay on brand and churn out projects daily to stay on schedule.This position is part of the Design and Production team within the wider North American regional Marketing Team, this role will involve a high volume of design production on a variety of creative projects, including, but not limited to materials for:• print• web• social/paid media• email• animation• video• internal communications.RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Create branded marketing assets, for regional, global and/or the parent company’s marketing.• Source images/footage for a high volume of collateral, ensuring they adhere to audience, brief and brand.• Production and pre-press production for print materials such as ads, brochures, direct mailers, posters, banners, etc.• Video editing and editing animated/motion graphic content• Photo/footage editing, color correction and manipulation• Consistently proof assets so they are on brand, accurate and delivered on timeCOMPETENCIES• Proven digital, graphic and video design art working experience with strong portfolio• Strong Typographic skills• Understanding of animation principles and trends• Proven ability to take accountability for high-quality delivery of multiple (simultaneous) projects.• Ability to communicate and contribute to design processes, practices and ideas within a large team.• Up to date with trends in design techniques and software• Understanding of marketing principles and how they affect creative processes and execution.• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and effectively manage several projects at once• Can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn (or advise on) new techniques for personal and departmental growth.EXPERIENCE• A least 1 year in an advertising or digital agency/in-house marketing team• Experience working in an agency or within a Marketing team is essential.• Copywriting skills or copy-editing skills desired.• A spirit of wanderlust or experience within the travel industry are a bonus.TECHNICAL SKILLS• Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite• Familiar with other digital design platforms (Figma, smartly etc)• Familiar with setting up and exporting of files for various formats across print, digital and social formats• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)• Experience working with PMS and CMS systemsPERKS• After your first year, you get an annual travel credit of $1,250 to travel on any one of our core travel brands.• You also get 2 weeks a year where you can work from anywhere in the world, your choice.• To grow – we offer a global training calendar, with a mix of virtual, in-person, and e-learning courses.
