Minimum Qualifications:Associates degree or equivalent and 2 years of office related experience.Job Summary:To manage, coordinate, and directly support the administrative and business management, and/or staff activities within a Human Resources Department. Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities on own initiative ensuring process and operational continuity of various administrative and business management activities.Job Duties:• Develops and maintains the HR department website using HTML• Initiates improvements in the work process/environment.• Analyzes and standardizes procedures for improved efficiencies.• Prioritizes daily work assignments.• Contributes ideas and suggestions for improvements to the process.• Supports and assists in the cross-training of team members.• Coordinates various HR-related programs or projects.• Coordinates with other HR departments• Provide phone coverage and respond to customer inquiries.• Provide follow-up on sensitive issues regarding customers and candidates.• Process travel, registrations, and membership dues.• Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.• Performs related duties as required.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:• Basic knowledge of Human Resources and employment law.• Developing partnerships and a general understanding of the customer’s business and current Issues.• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.• Developing presentation and facilitation skills.• Basic to moderate level of impact and influence with customers.• Moderate analytical and problem-solving skills.• Competent use of personal computers and general office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook electronic mail.• Demonstrated initiative in developing leadership and supervision skills.• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Salary Range:Actual salary commensurate with experience.Work Schedule:Partial Remote, onsite as needed.
