Retail Sales Associate - job 1 of 2

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in selecting products or services that meet their needs
- Assist customers by receiving, packing, processing shipments.

- Operate​ copier, fax machine, lamination machine, binding equipment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:
- Previous UPS Store experience count helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and answers on phone to customers
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of Computer(Microsoft office), software and other devices is beneficial
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly

- Excellent packing, printing skills
