Maximize renewal revenue opportunities and achieve revenue targets
Build strong customer relationships and identify areas for growth
Successfully close each month's renewals for designated customers
Support sales progression and timely renewal closure
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met
Collaborate with technical sales engineering and external customers for API questions and integrations
