Position Summary

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition is a strategic leader dedicated to executing a high-impact global recruitment strategy that drives our growth in a remote-first environment. Reporting to the VP of People Strategy, you will elevate our employer brand, attract top-tier talent, and build a workforce ready to tackle future challenges.

Leading a dynamic team, you'll foster cross-department collaboration and harness advanced data analytics to optimize hiring outcomes. Partnering with senior leadership, you'll assess workforce needs, deliver tailored recruitment solutions, and empower your team through professional development.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ignite transformative growth by crafting and executing an innovative global talent acquisition strategy that elevates our employer brand and attracts a diverse array of ideal talent
  • Inspire and lead a dynamic talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity that empowers each member to excel and deliver exceptional candidate experiences
  • Leverage TA tools and data analytics to refine recruitment strategies, driving performance and making informed, strategic decisions that align with our vision
  • Develop agile recruitment frameworks that thrive in a global fast-paced environment, using market insights to stay ahead of trends and continuously elevate our approach
  • Champion a vibrant organizational culture by promoting inclusive hiring practices and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure TA seamlessly supports our ambitious business objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in developing global recruitment strategies that align with business objectives
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance across diverse regions
  • Expertise in analytics tools and applicant tracking systems for data-driven decision-making
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong commitment to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment practices
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the agility to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly scaling environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, Talent Acquisition Certification) are a plus
