You are
  • An experienced sales professional with 3+ years in sales within a consultative, bespoke services environment.
  • Proven in selling complex solutions, with a background in tech, product, delivery, or consulting roles.
  • Eager to take on real responsibility, working autonomously in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Ambitious, Entrepreneurial, Smart, Organized, and Autonomous—these are the five traits we value most.
  • Motivated by a compensation structure that rewards success, with lower fixed and higher variable components.
  • Bonus: Experience in closing enterprise deals, particularly within the insurance, retail/fashion, or PE/VC sectors.


Your mission
  • Achieve £2M in new business sales in 2025: Drive revenue growth by closing deals and transitioning clients seamlessly to our Project Directors and Delivery teams.
  • Generate new business opportunities: Develop and execute a targeted account prospecting plan, reviewed monthly by our CEO.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline: Prospect, network, and run campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify and shape opportunities: Align client needs with Theodo's ideal client profile and service offerings.
  • Negotiate and close: Develop negotiation strategies that balance client satisfaction with Theodo’s business goals.
  • Track and optimize: Record all business development activities in Hubspot, and conduct Red/Green bin analysis to continuously improve sales practices.
