You will support multiple Salesforce instances and Salesforce COE across Thermo Fisher. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations (Large initiatives to minor enhancements).• Work closely with product owners/stakeholders to define the requirements.• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and other technologies outside Salesforce that fit the requirement.• Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions. Collaborate with various technical teams to resolve any technical issues.• Monitor and resolve support tickets and ensure system stability, security, proactive monitoring, and implement best practices. Lead internal and external audits like SOX.• Follow DevSecOps, conduct code reviews, and reduce technical debt.• As a lead developer, you should be able to guide and mentor junior developers and collaborate with the rest of the team for solutions.• Bring innovative ideas, suggest improvements, and drive POC/innovation in the CRM and CX space.• Should be willing to learn other technologies and work outside of Salesforce if needed.Required Skills:• 7+ years hands on experience in Salesforce as an Administrator and Developer and have worked in development and support initiatives.• Salesforce PD1 certification is required.• 2+ years of leading Salesforce development as a technical lead.• Lead Salesforce implementations and worked in support operations.• In-depth experience in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Salesforce configuration and Flow.• In-depth experience integrating Salesforce with other applications and Salesforce API.• In-depth experience in Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.• Experience in following Governor Limits and excellent troubleshooting skills in Salesforce and integrations.• Experience in deploying code through DevOps processes, GitHub, and package development.• Experience in Administration Config, such as data exports and imports, application support, security administration, and querying using SOQL and SOSL.• End-to-end knowledge of Agile Methodology.• Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and collaborate across global teams and multiple functions.• Oversee the functional and technical delivery and overall support of the Salesforce Instances.• Strong prioritization abilities and taking ownership of multiple initiatives.Other Preferred Skills:• PD2 certificate or Application architect certificate is highly recommended.• Knowledge and working experience in AWS and Python.• Other Salesforce applications like CRMA and Health Cloud• Experience working on Generative-AI or other AI-related capabilities.• Bachelor's degree in computersBenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
