HER is the world’s largest sapphic dating app. We’re building the only dating app that thrives outside of the comp-het world, exclusively focused on the desires and goals of sapphics. We’re a remote team that’s looking for smart and driven growth hires who care deeply about the LGBTQ+ community to help us scale HER to millions more queer folks across the world.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Marketer to join our team at HER. As a mid-level Brand Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in growing our audience through strategic campaigns across owned channels (organic social media, content marketing), earned channels (press releases, social media mentions), and paid media (ads, sponsorships). Your efforts will be instrumental in building brand awareness, authority, and a deep sense of community among our users.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Development and Execution
Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with HER's brand voice and mission.
Develop compelling content for organic social media, ensuring engagement and growth across platforms.
Coordinate and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, newsletters, and videos.
Owned Media Management
Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of content across HER’s social media channels.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content performance and engagement.
Foster a vibrant online community, encouraging user-generated content and authentic interactions.
Earned Media Strategy
Craft and distribute press releases to secure media coverage and build brand credibility.
Cultivate relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to amplify HER’s presence.
Monitor and respond to social media mentions, ensuring positive brand representation.
Paid Media Campaigns
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to produce compelling ad creatives and measure campaign effectiveness.
Explore sponsorship opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Brand Equity and Awareness
Ensure all marketing efforts consistently reflect HER’s brand values and personality.
Monitor brand sentiment and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the consumer tech or mobile spaces.
Passion for HER’s mission and a deep understanding of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and embrace bold ideas.
Complete self starter growth mindset. Ability to find growth opportunities and execute autonomously.

Salary range: $60k - $110k, dependent on experience and geographic location.
