Your Role as TT Serve Program Coordinator:

As the TT Serve Program Coordinator, you’ll be supporting the planning, execution, and administration of TT Serve and TT Foundation initiatives. You’ll help us ensure these programs run smoothly and achieve their mission to create lasting positive change. From organizing TT Serve Days to coordinating life-changing Vision Trips and managing charitable giving through our Miriam Movement, your work will touch lives and inspire those around you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring Events to Life: Help plan and execute memorable TT Serve Days across our office locations, collaborating with teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Empower Global Impact: Assist with booking travel and coordinating details for life-changing Vision Trips that allow our team members to make a global difference.
• Champion Community Giving: Support the administration of grants and donations, ensuring every dollar has a meaningful impact.
• Be a Communication Hub: Serve as a resource for leaders and teams, answering questions and ensuring everyone is aligned with TT Serve’s mission.
• Organize and Innovate: Maintain detailed records and documentation, from planning documents and grant applications to financial tracking and project reports. Your organizational skills will keep us running smoothly.
• Tell Our Story: Assist with communication and marketing efforts to share the incredible stories of service and giving with the broader team and community.

Our Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting impactful programs that align with our company’s mission. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to dive into program coordination, event planning, and community engagement.

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• An eye for detail and a knack for organization.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills to keep everyone on the same page.
