Content Specialist, Content Operations Team

Participates or leads in the creation, maintenance and delivery of content for the company's products by working collaboratively across the organization. Participates or leads in departmental or cross functional project teams for the purpose of effective product life cycle management including but not limited to new product development, current product enhancements and product retirement. participates in ongoing as well as ad hoc process improvement and optimization initiatives. Acts as an informational resources internally as well as externally for the purpose of providing expertise as well as summary reporting.
About the Role:
In this role as a Content Specialist, you will:
Performs duties such as analyzing, keying, converting, coding, copyreading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, or validation of data.
Supports team publishing goals by meeting deadlines.
Proficient and independent in core tasks; assists adjacent tasks/workflows.
Works regularly on various systems, software, databases and applications to deliver quality products. Responsible for accuracy and completeness of work product, including competence in scheduling and administrative systems as well as computer file management.
Works successfully in a team environment and understands various roles of team members.
Attends and participates in team meetings, prioritizes own work, and participates in the performance management process.
Responsible for Currentness, correctness and completeness of own work
Highly involved in identifying and implementing automation, process improvements and efficiencies in core team
About You:
Good knowledge of pix/pax coding
Technical proficiency in XML, HTML & Python Script.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Years of experience required : 1-2 Years in relevant content moderation
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 working days from office per week is mandatory)
