The Role
As our team continues to grow, we are seeking an Operations-oriented Data Analyst who can uncover, analyze, and communicate key business metrics to drive strategic decisions. In this role, you'll work closely with the Operations Teams to provide evidence-based recommendations, develop business case scenarios, track performance and opportunities, and much more.
This role will require up to 50% travel between our 3 Fulfillment Centers in Reno, NV, Batesville, IN, and Wilkes-Barre, PA.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform time and frequency process observations across the Fulfillment Center (FC) network
- Maintain labor standards across the Fulfillment Center (FC) network
- Propose technical system changes for Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Labor Management System (LMS)
- Build and manage business intelligence dashboards and disseminate key reports to the Operations Team
- Support projects to optimize the supply chain and logistics through data analysis
- Analyze operational data sets, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions and order-line data
- Empower team members across the business to take action in real-time through data insights
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
QUALIFICATIONS- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in operations analytics, supply chain, logistics, or demand forecasting.
- Academic background in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably HighJump.
- Experience with Labor Management Systems (LMS), preferably Easy Metrics.
- Strong data analysis skills with Excel.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar databases, large data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and SQL.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, including WMS transactions and order-line data, to drive actionable insights.
- Capable of translating complex data insights into clear, persuasive communication for non-technical stakeholders.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong sense of initiative.
- Demonstrated flexibility and integrity, with the ability to work hands-on, independently, or lead a small team.
- Previous experience in eCommerce is a plus, but not required

JOB INFORMATION- Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $75,000-80,000/Per Year.
- Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
