Think of this as a virtual job fair, but more personal! Our virtual hiring event will take place on Thursday, September 19th, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.What to Expect: We’ll chat about your experience and share what it’s like to be part of the Tiff’s Treats team. Expect a laid-back, informative session where you can learn more about our roles, benefits, and how we deliver happiness every day!Current Openings: We are looking to hire Shift Leaders and Delivery Drivers for several Houston locations. Click ‘Apply’ for details!Why Join Tiff’s Treats?• Shift Leaders start at $18/hour with paid training.• Delivery Drivers earn an average of $15-$20/hr.• $10/hour plus delivery fees and tips.• Kitchen Team Members start at $15/hour with paid training.• Enjoy FREE COOKIES (up to 6 dozen per week)!• Flexible schedules with paid time off for hourly employees.• Medical and Dental Insurance with generous contributions for eligible employees and their dependents.• 401(k) Program with matching contributions after 6 months.• Career Advancement Opportunities—many of our current leaders began as delivery drivers or kitchen staff!Physical Requirements• Must have a clean driving record & a valid driver’s license• Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver• Must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when the Tiff’s Treats vehicles are occupied; drivers will be compensated accordingly for taking their own vehicle (Please note: at this time we do not allow our drivers to use motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles for deliveries)• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following and obeying all traffic laws; while keeping vehicles clean and organized• Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach etc. items up to 50 lbs• Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.• Must be willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment• Must be available to work during our busiest days of the year, such as but not limited to Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day ("All Hands on Deck" Day)
