That's how we drive impact - for ourselves, our company, and the communities we serve.Join us.About the teamThe RD team is building a core technology team for TikTok to ensure its sustainable development, providing the best-in-class product experience for all of our users, helping users enjoy their time on TikTok and gain privacy protection trust.Specifically, you will:- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to set up clear HR roadmap.- Coach leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics.-Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback.-Execute a goal-setting agenda with 360 performance evaluations, oversee the performance review and calibrations process, and manage the following-up performance improving program.- Provide guidance and assist in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling.- Measure and monitor trends and the impact of key HR metrics and dashboards to drive HR needs planning.- Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues; ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures; partner with Employee Relations and Legal departments to support investigations, as needed.- Leverage the COEs (HR Centers of Excellence) to develop and implement programs that foster employee engagement, D&I, and success.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, as a Generalist or Human Capital Consultant.- 2+ years as an HR Business Partner.- Proficiency in MS Suite, HRIS, Workday, and other technology platform tools.- Corporate experience in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and general HR program/operations.Preferred Qualifications:- Direct experience supporting Engineering, IT, or Product Development organizational pillars.- Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs from the ground up.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.-Deep understanding of business goals, being able to translate business strategies and objectives into an HR roadmap.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. Tableau, Exel, Power BI) to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.- Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. We are passionate about this and hope you are too.Job Information:【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $228000 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
