Team IntroTikTok Promote is a lightweight promotion tool that allows users to easily create and run ads on TikTok platform, achieving their business goals.Our mission is to help SMBs grow by introducing and guiding them to use the right solutions offered by TikTok, ultimately helping to grow TikTok’s long-term revenue for the SMB segments.Position IntroWe are looking for a seasoned product manager who is passionate about online advertising, payment solutions, product management, and empowering small and medium-sized businesses to join our team.The ideal candidate has a proven track record demonstrating strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and decision making in an ambiguous market;with experience supporting Small Business Growth and / or Ad Industry.Responsibilities1. Responsible for TikTok Promote product requirements strategy, management, and iterative promotion work, including but not limited to ads creation flow, payment solutions, efficiency tools, data analysis, etc.working with the team to create a leading one-stop mobile(in TikTok) advertising tool in the industry.2. Understand advertising requirements of creators, eCommerce sellers and other types of advertisers.Clearly define the requirements and set measurable metrics and goals for product development. Design reasonable product plans, expected indicators, and experimentation methods, coordinate department and cross-department resources to ensure the smooth progress of projects.3. Analyze the characteristics of different advertisers' demand scenarios, gain in-depth understanding of advertisers' needs, effectively promote efficiency improvement and strengthen effect perception for different levels of customer advertising ability, responsible for improving platform efficiency and customer satisfaction.Qualifications- BA / BS degree- 3+ years experience in product experience, with both front-end and back-end product design expertise- Capable of using English as a work language.• Good communication skills across diverse functions and teams. - Capability to plan and design complex products, excellent product promotion ability, outstanding cross-departmental communication, and problem-solving abilities.• Strong stress-management skills, self-driven, result-oriented, with a strong desire and ability to allocate resources to achieve goals Preferred Qualifications - Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin, for product launches and communication with external stakeholders- Experience in eCommerce business or payment / short video / live / growth product- Strong data analysis skills- Experience working with international teams across time zonesLast updated : 2024-07-28
