We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.Responsibilities• Working in the Quality Assurance team to make sure data delivery key targets (e. g. productivity;efficiency;quality;latency) are met in all Search Recommendation projects• Responsible for policy and guideline cascading and clarification with BPOs to ensure better understanding and implementation alignment• Conduct quality inspection and calibration meetings in the appeal process to make sure the delivery quality and improve the performance to achieve the project target• Work closely with POC and other stakeholders in order to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/guideline/regional trends and ensure the overall success of projects• Support internal/external training and the go-live process of NHs• Performs other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent work experience• Excellent English language knowledge• Experience working with Quality Assurance: familiarity with RCA methodology• Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidaysPreferred Qualifications• Knowledge about TikTok, Search Engines• Familiar with social media platforms• Good communication skills• Experience in cross-team collaboration• Eager to learnTrust & Safety recognises that keeping our platform safe for TikTok communities is no ordinary job which can be both rewarding and psychologically demanding and emotionally taxing for some.
