As a Recruiting Coordinator at TikTok, you will collaborate with the talent acquisition team and multiple stakeholders to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate.---Responsibilities- Own high volume interview scheduling and tracking process of 1:1 and panel interview; communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams promptly.- Contribute and support a variety of Talent Acquisition initiatives to drive best in class approach to hiring.-Manage and amplify the candidate's experience from the initial conversation to the conclusion of the interview process.- Support multiple members of the talent acquisition team with 1:1 and panel interviewQualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Minimum 2-4 years recruitment coordination experience.- Experience within a high volume, fast-paced environment or a willingness to learn.- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.---Preferred Qualifications-Experience working in a start-up/fast-paced environment- Past experience with an ATS, research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums is a huge plus.---TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
