And also participate in system architecture stability improvement, including monitoring construction, load testing, Chaos engineering, and CICD, etc- Responsible for building robust, and high–quality test automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing- Responsible for automating test cases as well as writing reusable scripts/tools that help the team to reduce repetitive efforts- Proactive to identify the efficiency bottleneck, research and improve process, tools, framework, etc- Participate in PRD review and architectural design review. Be aware of the business logic, system architecture, and inner functioning of the product- Work alongside developers as well as business stakeholders and strive to automate the acceptance criteriaQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.- 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend server testing in software engineering-related industries with a deep understanding of system architecture, Middleware, database, MQ(Message Queue), etc i- Experience with scripting/programming languages, preferably Python, Golang- Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional and international partners- Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.- Strong self-driving force and quick learning ability- Strong concurrent task processing ability and efficient work outputTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
