Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.Responsibilities• Build new features that touch hundreds of millions of people around the world.• Solve unique, large-scale, highly complex technical problems.• Participate in technical discussions related to team's product and engineering work.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.• Experience with coding in Python, Golang.• Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.Preferred Qualifications• Graduating December 2024 onwards with the intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship.• Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications.• Prior experience in machine learning or AI related field is a plus.• High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. We cover 100% premium coverage for Full-Time intern medical insurance after 90 days from the date of hire. Medical coverage only, no dental or vision coverage.​Our time off and leave plans are: Paid holidays and paid sick leave.
