Team IntroJoin our TikTok HR team as an HR Business Partner working with our .Technology Services teams. You will join a fast-growing company and help shape our TikTok people experience. This position will be responsible for employee relations matters, people manager advice and coaching, on / off-boarding, engagement programs, performance management approach, workforce planning, and recruitment support.You will help facilitate key employee life-cycle and operational activities in partnership with our business unit, HR, and center of excellence teams.We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Specifically, you will : - Develop strong partnerships with business leaders to translate strategies into an HR roadmap, garnering support and ownership.Coach leaders on talent assessment, development, succession planning, organization effectiveness, and team dynamics.- Enhance employee development through coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback;manage goal-setting, 360 evaluations, and performance reviews.- Guide and assist in business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling.Monitor key HR metrics and dashboards to drive HR planning.- Manage and resolve employee relations issues; ensure compliance with company policies;support investigations with Employee Relations and Legal departments.- Leverage HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs that foster employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.Coach, develop, and guide a team of HR Business Partners.Minimum Qualifications : - 5+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner. - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, drive change, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.• Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs while balancing business objectives. Preferred Qualifications : - 3+ years of experience in a tech environment, preferably in a high-growth company supporting core engineering functions.• 2+ years of experience managing HR Business Partners.- Demonstrated progression and increased scope in a matrix, high-growth organization.• Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make data-driven decisions.- Ability to work autonomously, build stakeholder partnerships, and influence without authority.• Passionate about storytelling with quantitative and qualitative data.Last updated : 2024-08-31
