We already process $4.0B in payments annually and serve over 1,800,000 payees around the world and are looking for a rock star Product Operations who can help us grow even faster.

 

The product operations team goals are:

  • Utilize customer’s feedback to improve product prioritization
  • Optimize processes, streamline collaboration, and communication efforts to increase efficiency
  • Strive to maintain a world-class product organization

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Direct report to the Director of Product Operations and closely partner with the Product leadership across functions (PM, Design, Data, but also interface with GTM groups).
  • Work cross-functionally, especially with our customer-facing teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Operations), to increase collaboration, set processes, provide product insight, identify and lead programs for areas of improvement, and inform business decisions around feature requests, and feature adoption
  • Manage the customer feedback collection tool and cross-company processes. Establish workflows that increase efficiency and ensure the accuracy of collected data
  • Lead the development, initiation, and implementation of required processes, fostering an innovative mindset and embracing new technologies to enhance the efficiency and capabilities within the product team
  • Streamline feature release processes and roadmap visualization across the company
  • Manage the product department operations including product excellence and new team members' onboarding
  • Maintain effective communication with senior management to keep them aware of critical issues and develop action plans for addressing issues and removing roadblocks.

 

About you:

  • 5 years experience in product operations, product management, project management, or data-driven customer success
  • B2B company experience: scaling an organization through significant growth
  • Experience in leading projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done
  • In-depth understanding of GTM processes and collaboration between customer-facing teams and the product team
  • Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and presented content, mainly in English
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a rapidly growing and changing team environment.
  • Must be dynamic, innovative, and possess creative problem-solving skills
  • Must be data-focused, efficiency-driven, and customer-centric.
  • An initiator and a pusher. Has the urge and ability to make things happen and to solve practical problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
