Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary and strategic Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive marketing excellence and accelerate growth across the Titan ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll lead the strategic planning and prioritization of initiatives that amplify Titan’s brand, attract new members, and deepen engagement with existing customers.
This position is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings deep expertise across brand-building, acquisition and team leadership.
2025 and beyond is going to be our biggest year yet. We want a deeply experienced marketing leader to:
Develop strategic planning artifacts alongside existing teams - annual, quarterly.
Be a strategic sounding board to marketing leadership and exec
Bring best in class systems, processes across budget allocation, analytics/reporting,
What You'll Do
Strategic Planning
Help develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Titan’s business goals and vision. Identify key opportunities for growth across customer acquisition, retention, and brand.
Brand Development
Assist in refining Titan’s brand positioning to resonate with target audiences.
Growth Marketing
Advise on best practice for data-driven campaigns to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
External Partnerships
Cultivate relationships with agencies, influencers, and media to amplify Titan’s presence. Explore co-marketing opportunities that enhance Titan’s ecosystem and offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a marketing leader, ideally in startups, fintech, or consumer technology brands.
Track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies.
Strong background in brand-building with a focus on premium positioning.
Skilled in leveraging analytics and performance metrics to inform strategy.
Thrives in fast-paced environments with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and experimenting with creative approaches.
Compensation:
Anticipated annual salary range: $50-200 per hour

This salary range represents Titan’s reasonable estimated possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
The final salary for this position will be determined in sole discretion of Titan, depending on applicable laws, and based on a variety of factors, such as employee’s work experience, skills, qualifications for the role, and location, and may differ from the amounts listed above.
