Partnerships Director (Fully Remote, US Time Zones)
As an Account Executive/Partnerships Director at TLDR, you will be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing strategic relationships that drive our sponsorship business. You will be responsible for engaging, negotiating, and closing deals with advertisers, and will report to our Head of Sales directly.

Our mission is to build the paper of record for the tech industry, the trusted source that people who work in tech rely on to inform them about important trends and developments.
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying closer role with a track record of top performance, preferably in media, adtech, or martech
Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage deals from end to end
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced collaborative environment
Responsibilities
Own a target account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business
Lead negotiations with target accounts and manage the full deal lifecycle
Develop prospecting and outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
Compensation
Base salary for this role is $60,000 - $100,000, plus additional performance-based compensation via our sales incentive plan for an OTE of $125,000-$175,000
