A leading media agency committed to pushing the boundaries of digital and creative innovation, is on the lookout  for an experienced and visionary Head of Creative to lead their creative department. This is a pivotal role that requires a unique blend of creative talent, leadership skills, and business acumen to manage and elevate their creative products.


What You'll Do
  • Leadership and Vision: Spearhead restructuring and realigning our creative department from the ground up, infusing innovation, efficiency, and quality into every aspect of our creative output. 
  • Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of 10-12 creative professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and excellence. 
  • Creative Production: Utilize your core skill in production to oversee the development and execution of all creative projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and client expectations. 
  • Process Management: Streamline and manage creative processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed creative benchmarks. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including media, marketing, and operations, to create cohesive and impactful campaigns that drive success for our clients. 
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, from entry-level $5k packages up to 6-figure projects. Ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize creative output and ROI. 
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong "business chops" by aligning creative strategies with business objectives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the agency.


What You Need
  • Proven experience as a creative leader, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of successful projects. 
  • Expertise in creative production, with the ability to lead top-to-bottom creative development. 
  • Experience managing a creative team within a media or advertising agency environment, with a leadership style that motivates, inspires, and develops talent. 
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successful partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders. 
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of how creative work contributes to business success. 
  • Familiarity with managing significant project budgets, with a preference for candidates who have managed budgets in the core range of aub-$50k with experience into 6-figure projects.


Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive salary - $100k-$130k
  • This is a full-time, long-term position. 
  • The position is immediately available.
