TMG is our headquarter company located in Carmel, Indiana. We have five operating companies located in Midland, TX. Our Oil field operations are focused on Automation, Water Transfer, Fuel Services, Oil Field Construction, and WellWork Services.  We are a leader in technology, developing cutting-edge sensor, and automation control systems that help to reduce costs and increase safety in our clients' operations. Our operations are rapidly expanding to include technology and automation in the Oil industry. The company began in 2008, and initially planned to work with original equipment manufacturers. However, our business changed its paradigm to focus on end users in the Oil & Gas Industry.

We are seeking a motivated Oil Field Operations Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various Operations functions and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in Oil Field Operations.


Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of our Operations and Safety Systems.
- Assist in developing a paperless Operations Inventory System.
- Assist in drafting new SOPs that align with your degree program.

- Assist in drafting operations policies and procedures
- Aid in researching best practices
- Support the Operations team with day-to-day tasks and projects


Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Engineering, Automation, Oil Field Operations, or a  similar position
- Well-versed in PowerPoint
- Understanding of employment law,s including Oil Field regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
