We are looking for an experienced CRM or Customer Experience planner; someone comfortable leading a mid-sized account, or working within a large account. They will be required to take the strategic lead and push our remit, working alongside a large client team, a client services team of 6 and a planning team of 3. They won't just be solving briefs, they will grow to have strategic oversight of multiple briefs and business units.
Working on one of our longest standing clients. We have been developing award winning communications with them since 2015. Our remit covers Lifecycle Customer Marketing across all areas of their business - engagement, upsell, cross-sell, retention and loyalty. Our day-to-day remit focuses on strategic and creative delivery for these areas of customer marketing, working truly as an extension of our clients’ teams. Our remit also covers their B2B communications. We work across all customer facing channels, which includes eCRM, RCS, app comms, personalised videos, newsletters, OLV and some social.
This is a chance to join a unique agency culture where the passion for people is as strong as the work. We invest in training and support for all our Planners including a regular Strategy Away days where our wider strategy community from across our locations gets together to tackle a new opportunity or challenge facing our work and our clients. There's also a huge range of cultural clubs and social opportunities within the agency: from Softball to Theatre Club and from the occasional Tough Mudder to our annual cycling tour from London to Bristol.
We operate a fully hybrid model, with all employees able to choose where they work. Whilst also acknowledging there are times when face to face collaboration is preferred.
