The ERP Specialist will be a key contributor and accountable for developing and implementing a standard finance, purchase and sales model, assisting with establishing processes, validating and testing, and supplying user training and assistance. The successful candidate will have experience with module rollout, internal user support operations, process flows, and workflows.
They will learn and support the TRAM Technologies' and Automotive -specific methodologies for ERP application, usage, deployment, support and maintenance of these systems. Optimizing workflows and systems alignment for the FIN, SALES and PUR Departments along side IT-Department to increase efficiency and scalability as we grow with the use of PLEX and other systems.
The PLEX ERP Specialist will be expected to travel occasionally to the (US) Jackson and Battle Creek, (CN) Tecumseh Canada and (MX) Monterey Mexico facilities, as needed to assist with deployments, module rollouts, training, and support activities. The Team Member will have a schedule to support core business hours from 7AM to 4PM, 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM.

As an ERP Technical Specialist for Digital Operations at TRAM Technologies in Plymouth, MI, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining our finance, purchase, and sales processes.
