This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performance individual capable of managing a wide range of HR accountabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations:• Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and management on employee relations matters, offering guidance and support in decision-making processes including but not limited to performance management, accommodations, workforce adjustments, harassment and discrimination complaints.• Collaborate with HR leaders in conducting diagnostic assessments, focus groups, exit interviews, and workplace investigations for complex employee relations issues as needed.• Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, preventing harassment, performance management, and effective communication as needed.Employee Engagement:• Support TMHCC’s People Strategy by partnering with HR leadership in planning and executing company-wide programs and initiatives designed to enhance diversity and inclusion, engagement, and employee experience including but not limited to employee surveys, communications, employee recognition, and employer branding.• Leverage relevant tools and resources to plan, monitor, and measure progress of employee engagement and culture journey, and serve as a steward of employee listening and engagement culture. Gather employee feedback, analyze, and translate results into actionable insights.• At TMHCC, we believe that effective communication is one of the key elements of employee engagement. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering our HR messaging, ensuring that employees are informed, motivated, and aligned with our company’s goals and values.• Support HR leadership on other HR projects and initiatives as neededKnowledge, Competencies, and Requirements• Possesson of a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.• 6 years of relevent and progressive professional HR experience as a Specialist or in a Leadership role.• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations including ADA, EEO, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA.• Experience in conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues.• Strong work ethic and high level of integrity; demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion.• Experience in designing and delivering presentations and other visual content.• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
