Objectives of this Role
With a primary responsibility of supporting the Director of Sales, provide support to the team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
Maintain and refine internal processes that support company-wide operations, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
Manage communication between Director of Sales and clients/employees/contractors, liaising with internal and external people on orders and tasks
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the Director of Sales priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Manage professional and personal scheduling and all non-selling tasks for Director of Sales, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the local team
Interface with clients and contractors to help fulfill all operational activities
Manage, coordinate, and arrange all back end details and logistics of client orders
Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, google spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of contact database
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
2 years of experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
Highly responsive
Meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
Ability to keep company confidences
High School graduate required. Some college preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor Degree
Experience implementing and developing internal processes and systems
Compensation:
$22.00 + (DOE) at 40 hours a week.
Monthly bonus based upon sales and/or number of new clients
