Post Closing Coordinator
Tomo is dedicated to transforming the homebuying experience by providing valuable information and support to homebuyers. We are seeking a Post Closing Coordinator to efficiently manage the delivery of closed loans to investors.

Responsibilities
- Review and verify closed loan packages for accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver post close paperwork to warehouse lending partners.
- Communicate with stakeholders to obtain missing documentation.
- Resolve investor suspense items promptly.
- Stack and image loan packages according to standards.
- Manage a pipeline to ensure timely delivery to banks.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
