  • Be the FIRST Tomo contact to customers
  • Provide a world-class customer experience
  • Engage with customers and real estate agents via multiple channels
  • Educate customers about Tomo and the pre-application process
  • Collaborate with Loan Officers to answer customer inquiries
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
