Chief of Staff to CEO
The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO and executives in strategic and financial planning, goal-setting, and people and operational initiatives. This role involves leading high-priority cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and accountability across the team, collaborating with executives, and enabling business scale effectively.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO and executives in strategic and financial planning
- Lead high-priority cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with executives to design and implement processes for effective scaling
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders
Education
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or investing
- Demonstrated success in operations, growth, or product for a high-growth start-up
