Role overview: In this role, you will ensure that our sales team consistently delivers a high-quality, consultitative & educational experience to every potential homebuyer. . You’ll build, implement and optimize a comprehensive quality assurance process, identify opportunities for automation, and help drive continuous improvement in the performance of our 65 sales experts.
What You’ll Do:
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program with clear criteria and benchmarks to evaluate the performance of our sales experts.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of sales interactions to ensure they meet company standards,customer expectations, and adherence to best practices.
Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales quality and effectiveness.
Automate QA processes where possible, streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
Collaborate with Sales Ops and Enablement teams to drive targeted training & development programs based on QA insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our sales quality processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a sales or customer success environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to evaluate and coach sales performance effectively.
Experience in building and optimizing QA processes from scratch would be beneficial
Knowledge of automation tools and techniques to improve QA workflows would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to sales professionals.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.
