OVERVIEW
At Topography, our Clinical Research Coordinators are responsible for executing trials conducted within physician practices. This pivotal role coordinates research in an exciting environment, implementing a new type of architecture and partnering with a best in class technology team. You will spearhead onsite efforts such as patient recruitment and enrollment, patient study visits including clinical and lab procedures, protocol management and adherence, data quality, and training and mentoring junior research staff. You will be given the opportunity to learn and grow rapidly, taking on many trial responsibilities in support of the physician investigator. The ideal candidate is meticulous and organized, embodies teamwork and self-awareness, possesses strong communication skills, and is adaptable to the dynamic clinic and startup environment. Empathy is a must, as we care deeply both for the patient experience, we create and provider relationships we build. You will be splitting time between two locations, one in Glen Burnie and one in Westminster.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, public health, life sciences, or other similar field or 4+ years relevant experience
3+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Research Assistant, or other similar role
3+ years of prior clinical experience conducting routine procedures (e.g. V/S, EKG, phlebotomy)
3+ years of experience with site-level technologies including EDC, CTMS, or other similar technologies
Professional working knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines
Ability to work 5 days onsite with remote flexibility
Ability to split time between both Glen Burnie and Westminster locations
