OVERVIEW
Topography Health is seeking an East Coast Manager, Clinical Operations, who will play a pivotal role in advancing clinical excellence across our East Coast sites. You will manage individual team members across multiple sites, their daily staffing and activity, as well as their development and training to surpass benchmarks and redefine industry standards.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated people leader with a strategic mindset and ability to manage carefully towards clinical operations effectiveness, efficiency, quality, regulatory, and financial outcomes.
Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for managing a dispersed team. A proactive attitude is essential, as the role involves empowering team members to enhance key performance indicators, thus improving our clinical research quality. You will support continuous improvement, ensuring clinical practices not only comply with but surpass regulatory and quality standards, as well as patient and provider satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide overarching leadership for all East Coast clinical practices
Collaborate with leadership to optimize performance metrics and enhance the overall quality of clinical research operations, identifying areas for improvement
Oversee and improve contribution margins for your clinical sites
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture to enhance teamwork and communication across sites
Ensure practices in your purview adhere to regulatory requirements, compliance, and quality standards
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of your sites
Work closely with cross-functional teams
Complete study visits when necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in public health, life sciences, nursing, or other similar field or 4+ years requisite experience
8+ years of relevant work experience
8+ years of experience in clinical research processes, compliance, and quality assurance
5+ years of experience in a leadership role within clinical research, preferably in a multi-site setting
5+ years of experience working in industry sponsored trials
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time between sites you manage
Located in Ann Arbor, Detroit, Baltimore, or Greater DC Area
