Associate Human Resources RepresentativeHourly Range: $25.00 to $29.00 depending on experience.Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. a leader in digital technology, is seeking an Associate Human Resources Representative to work in Lake Forest, CA or Louisville, KY . Toshiba is an industry leader in equipment, digital displays, document security, and software solutions that keep businesses running brilliantly and efficiently.Summary: The Associate HR Representative works with division/region management and employees (in coordination with and under the direction of the HR Specialist, HR Ops Manager, or HR Director) to execute HR activities related to staffing, employee relations and compliance activities in support of business objectives and sustained business success.Responsibilities:Supports the administration of HR processes (e.g., insurance billing, invoice processing, etc.)Process some employment records related to benefits under the direction of management.Responsible for Worker's Compensation filings, records, reporting, and working with employees and managers when injuries occur.Answers employee questions as required.Provide miscellaneous support with regard to HR projects/administration in the areas of Benefits (new hire orientation, enrollment process), Compensation /HRIS (misc audits, reporting), bill processing, and maintaining cloud-based filing systems with minimal supervision. Organize events or special programs as required.Compile complex reports and prepare spreadsheets as needed or participate in complex data-gathering projects.Identifies problem areas and may make recommendations for correction.Stay in compliance with Local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
