Being able to work with all levels of the organization and being able to drive sustainable improvements and change.Read on for me, and don’t hesitate to apply today!Some of the main activities include:• Coordinate the Availability Improvement Teams (AIT) efforts:• Ensure that a structured approach to reliability is followed through facilitation of consistent AIT meetings.• Oversee the Root Cause Analysis program for reliability-ba sed events.• Coordinate with the Availability Steering Committee• Turnaround and Project Related Efforts• Participate in the TA work-scope preparation process to ensure long-term process unit reliability (TRAP methodology).• Identify potential reliability projects that will increase PAR reliability, driving projects from initiation through measuring of results.• Other Responsibiliti es• Establish reporting methods to report PAR availability achievements vs goals to the Refining Group and Availability Network.• Evaluate maintenance practices to ensure that prompt failure analysis is conducted, encourage the monitoring of the quality of reparative work, and ensure that the proper level of predictive and preventative maintenance is being applied.• Coach and mentor PAR personnel and contractors in reliability tools and techniques; sharing reliability learning experiences and best practices within the TotalEnergies Company.Contexte et environnementThis role is based at the Port Arthur Platform within the Industrial Performance Department. It had no direct reports and manages the Port Arthur Availability Programs.
