Our ambition is to revolutionize the travel industry and we’re currently looking for a CRM Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in contributing to drive our customer communications to the next level, focusing on tailored, data-driven experiences. You’ll be instrumental in our mission to create lasting connections with travelers by crafting personalized, multi-channel communication flows.

 

What will you do?

 

  • Develop and execute multi-channel reengagement campaigns, enhancing customer engagement in the DACH region and France.
  • Optimize campaign timing and messaging through A/B testing to boost click-through and engagement rates.
  • Drive Double Opt-In (DOI) initiatives to expand our verified, GDPR-compliant customer base.
  • Leverage CRM data for personalized, dynamic content across communications.
  • Report on CRM KPIs and identify new opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data, and product teams to align on personalization and customer engagement strategies.

 

What will you need to be successful? 

 

  • 2 years of proven experience in CRM
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and optimizing reactivation campaigns
  • Proficiency in  personalization, and segmentation, leveraging data to create tailored experiences
  • Knowledge of customer engagement strategies
  • Experience with CRM channels beyond email, e.g. Direct Mail, App, Whatsapp, sms
  • Strong communication skills in English and German; French is a plus
  • Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM tools and platforms such as Braze and Salesforce
  • You are highly analytical, decisive and you take ownership of outcomes 
  • You are driven, you thrive in fast-paced environment and are a team player
