Quality Engineer

NH Ball Bearings is seeking a Quality Engineer with a background in mechanical or materials engineering to ensure quality compliance in aerospace customer requirements.

Skills

Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 preferred
Experience in quality improvement tools and techniques
Strong Excel skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Support aerospace customer quality requirements
Develop and implement internal quality documents
Resolve product and process quality issues
Assist with PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP development
Lead action plans to improve performance
Identify opportunities for customer satisfaction improvement
Train the team on quality initiatives
Conduct internal and external quality audits

Education

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or materials engineering
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred
