About the Digital Campaign Coordinator role:
As a crucial member of the Ignite Operation team, you will play a crucial role in providing essential pre- and post-sale support. Your duties include facilitating timely launches, revisions, and reporting, issuing campaign pixels, and managing Google Tag Manager containers. You'll excel at creating Campaign Live Confirmations, Pacing Documents, and advertiser screenshot decks. Collaborating closely with the Digital Campaign Manager, you'll contribute to customized reports and post-campaign analyses, helping tell a compelling story to clients. Your role extends to analyzing and enhancing pre- and post-sale workflows, fostering efficiency and contributing to our best practices library. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is paramount in this dynamic role.

Job Overview:

  • Provide pre- and post-sale support to our Ignite Operations team with timely launch, revision and reporting responsibilities
  • Issue campaign pixels and Google Tag Manager containers for placement of campaign pixels
  • Platform transcription or line item creation in TapOrders
  • Collect campaign deliverables and communicate outstanding campaign assets required for execution
  • Create Campaign Live Confirmations, Campaign Pacing Documents and advertiser screenshot decks
  • Assist Digital Campaign Manager in creating customized reports or post-campaign analysis and providing the resources and data needed to tell a compelling story to the client, establishing Ignite as the premiere consultative digital solutions partner
  • Analyze areas within the pre and post-sale workflow that can be improved and create process enhancements; build upon best practices library
  • Quick and effective communication to internal/external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Platform transcription – line item creation in TapOrders
  • Build out pixels and GTM containers for placement of campaign pixels
  • Create mocks in Facebook creative hub  
  • Submit vCreative tickets (sunset with Tap)
  • Assist in collecting campaign assets for timely launch and revision
  • Launch O&O AMPED campaigns
  • Create and Quality Assure Campaign Launch Confirmations
  • Create Client Logins for TapClicks
  • Assist in confirming live campaigns in Wide Orbit or CFMing
  • Review call logs for SEM in order to glean insight for reporting
  • Pull screenshots (currently with DB)
  • Send pacing documents
  • Assist in reporting requests
  • Oversee technical approval of proposals being built by our sales strategists
  • Give insight and suggestions for sales for ongoing campaigns based on feedback from our buyer
  • Coaches sales on crafting quality messaging for various tactics (social, SEM, programmatic, etc.)
  • Support local market as client optimizations, revisions, upsells and renewals come in from our post-sale teams.
  • Continually refine and improve continuity between all workgroups.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years relevant work experience
  • Past internship experience within the marketing/advertising field welcomed, with strong interest in digital media and/or programmatic
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written); strong ability to build relationships through active listening and effective conveying information
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities, not afraid to take the lead on a project
  • Strong time and priority management; a self-starter; a naturally-curious problem solver who knows how to prioritize their day in order to meet deadlines and expectations
