Traba is seeking a systems passionate professional to join our team as a GTM Systems Lead. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for all Go-To-Market (GTM) systems. You will leverage your technical and functional expertise to understand stakeholder requirements, design and implement scalable solutions, and orchestrate a symphony of outbound sales & marketing strategies.
This role will be foundational in building our outbound sales & marketing motion in a highly fragmented, massive TAM industry. Companies like Rippling, Ramp, and Brex all faced the same problem - how do we stand out in a crowded space? The answer: this role.
This role will directly improve our marketing and sales infrastructure, ensure seamless contact and account management, and optimize revenue generation processes.
What You’ll Do
Own the complete suite of GTM systems, including marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and other integrated platforms.
Ensure complete data accuracy across platforms, focusing on leveraging data for business management and growth.
Manage the end-to-end email production process in Marketo, including planning, asset creation, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Govern, manage, and administer Marketo & Salesforce, ensuring automation, campaign design, and database hygiene.
Maintain and enhance our solutions architecture, supporting marketing and sales functions through strategic integrations and efficient system workflows.
Aid in the execution of marketing programs and campaigns, optimizing lead acquisition, pipeline management, and reporting processes.
Provide first-line support for internal users, contribute to the marketing knowledge base, and engage in continuous improvement of our GTM systems and processes.
Design, test, document, deploy, and maintain third-party integrations with Marketo, Salesforce, and other GTM systems.
Foster collaboration across teams, acting as a thought partner to drive alignment and address business requirements in a scalable way.
What You’ll Need
2+ years of marketing automation experience using Marketo.
2+ years of expertise in Salesforce usage and marketing administration, especially in building Salesforce dashboards and setting up campaign attribution programs.
Ability to design, test, document, deploy, and maintain third-party integrations with Marketo.
Ability to design and deploy effective reporting and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and attribution.
Understanding of the relationship between a marketing automation platform and Salesforce, and how campaigns/data is synced, as well as the field mapping processes
Understand business operations issues and figure out how to build it within Salesforce and the systems that touch Salesforce
Proficiency in HTML/CSS
BA/BS or equivalent working experience

The compensation range for this position is set between $120,000 and $150,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
