We are looking for a Trade Management & Inventory Control Analyst to support our Trade Management Team.

Summary

This position is responsible for processing reseller direct returns, billing errors, freight claims, and other tasks as assigned.

The Analyst will be cross-trained, and split their time amongst two teams that handle related, but distinctly separate tasks. A set weekly schedule will define when the Analyst works on each team. However, this is subject to change, as the purpose of this role is provide coverage on as needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Research and process customer direct product return claims, which includes creating both vendor debits and customer credits.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Administration team on the resolution of customer billing issues.
  • Record vendor rebate program debit memos, and prepare support sent to vendor.
  • Process customer and warehouse freight claims using multiple company systems.
  • Upload documentation on freight carrier portals.
  • Support other teams as needed by processing customer credits.
  • Prioritize workload accordingly as received through shared email inboxes and other platforms.

Requirements

  • Preferred 2 or 4 year accredited college graduate or candidate for graduation or commensurate experience acceptable.
